Caro has always had a love for the water. Starting at the age of 16, she began her endeavors as a coach and became certified as a lifeguard and swimming instructor. Since 1999, she has been coaching over 15 different aquatic disciplines and water sports across Canada and internationally. She has been competing professionally in both wakeboarding and wakesurfing competitions since 2007 and has finished on the podium 59 times out of 63 competitions. (including 33 first places and 21 second places). She also made podium at every World WakeSurfing Championships since her first one in 2011, and won the World Title in 2015.

Caro owns and operates H2O School in BC, Canada where she uses her experience to train new athletes and water-sport enthusiasts. She continues to compete professionally as well as judge and organize many events and competitions in the wakesurfing circuit. Caro joined the BbTALKIN team in 2018.
